Surly Brewing has one of the best beer selections anywhere. You will literally be in beer heaven at this place! There are 20 beers on tap offering a wide array of beers. Surly that they couldn’t find a beer to match their expectations, the owner started to brew their own beer. They weren’t so surly anymore, and that’s the story of how this Brewery came to be!
The ambience is a mix of sophisticated and laidback, and they offer elevated bar food. They are open to sit-down dining, outdoor seating, delivery and takeout. The establishment is welcoming of dogs and kids within their premises.

The Red Cow is a mix of sophisticated and casual, and they are open to delivery and takeout. Burgers are the bomb here, but there is more. Wings, Patties, Cheese curds, Mac n Cheese are equally delightful options for you to try. As for the usual suspects, you could have the double-barrel, bison, Turkey and Barcelona Burgers. At Young Joni’s, the food is chef-inspired – traditional American food with a twist that is delightfully their own, in a sophisticated, yet laid back and welcoming ambience. The restaurant is owned by Ann Kim, who is a James Beard award-winning chef.

This is a pizza-focused restaurant and bar, specializing in wood-fired pizzas. The drink menu features craft cocktails and a small selection of beers and wines by the bottle. Hand-crafted beer and smokehouse food is a pair made in heaven. You can taste that heaven at the Northbound. There are around 15 taps on offer. Among their personal ones, BIG JIM, LIGHT RAIL PALE ALE, and the SMOKEHOUSE PORTER are the best ones! The food menu is chef-inspired and delicious!

Come here with friends and chill with a good beer. They have a Growler Shop where you can fill up your growler and buy some cool merchandise. The combination of good food(from JY pizza nearby), great beer and good company is unbeatable.

Parlour is a cozy, underground bar that is romantic, trendy and dimly lit. It is a local favorite. The drink menu includes wine, cocktails and beer. The food menu has one of the most amazing burgers in Minneapolis. Greasy, cheesy and heavenly, it is downright delicious!
The cocktail selections are so extensive, I’d be surprised if you find something you didn’t like.
