Surly Brewing has one of the best beer selections anywhere. You will literally be in beer heaven at this place!  There are 20 beers on tap offering a wide array of beers. Surly that they couldn’t find a beer to match their expectations, the owner started to brew their own beer. They weren’t so surly anymore, and that’s the story of how this Brewery came to be!

The ambience is a mix of sophisticated and laidback, and they offer elevated bar food. They are open to sit-down dining, outdoor seating, delivery and takeout. The establishment is welcoming of dogs and kids within their premises.

The Red Cow is a mix of sophisticated and casual, and they are open to delivery and takeout. Burgers are the bomb here, but there is more. Wings, Patties, Cheese curds, Mac n Cheese are equally delightful options for you to try. As for the usual suspects, you could have the double-barrel, bison, Turkey and Barcelona Burgers. Did you know The Local, used to sell the most Jamison of any bar in the USA? Well, that piece of Trivia aside, if you crave a piece of Ireland in Minneapolis, the Local should be your first choice. This Victorian-style pub will take you back in time to 19th century Dubin with its ornate woodwork, artistry, 80-foot bar, and decor.

Northbound is a brewpub with a restaurant and full bar featuring beers and a great Whiskey selection. This crowd-funded brewpub that opened in 2012 is now a neighborhood pride and favorite.

Parlour is a cozy, underground bar that is romantic, trendy and dimly lit. It is a local favorite. The drink menu includes wine, cocktails and beer. The food menu has one of the most amazing burgers in Minneapolis. Greasy, cheesy and heavenly, it is downright delicious!
