The C House is located in the historic Seminole Heights district. The idea of how the owners zeroed in on this quirky name is fun! The owner had wanted to open a place that offered the combo of Champagne and Cheesecake. The more they brainstormed, they realized every dish they came up with started with C. So, they threw in every other dish they could think of and the rest, as they say, is history!
